UltraFlex AquaClad is a premium water-based exterior wall coating developed to provide long-term
decorative protection together with enhanced resistance to water penetration.
Its silicone technology helps repel rainwater while allowing correctly prepared masonry surfaces to retain a

AquaClad is designed for exterior walls exposed to demanding weather conditions and is suitable for

The surface must be clean, dry, stable and correctly prepared before application.
FINISH
Low Sheen
The low-sheen finish provides a clean, premium exterior appearance while helping the surface resist dirt and
weather exposure.
Surface preparation remains essential, as AquaClad will not repair structural defects or active moisture
problems.
SPREAD RATE
Approximately 6–7 m² per litre per coat, depending on:
• Surface porosity
• Surface texture
• Application method
• Colour
• Existing surface condition
Actual coverage may vary according to site and application conditions.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two coats must be applied.
Additional coats may be required depending on:
• Surface porosity
• Existing colour
• New colour
• Surface texture
• Required final finish
Apply only to correctly prepared and suitably primed surfaces.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Before applying AquaClad:
• Remove dust, dirt, grease, mould and surface contamination.
• Repair cracks and defects using the appropriate repair system.
• Remove loose, flaking or poorly adhering coatings.
• Correct active water-entry points and structural defects.
• Allow new plaster and repairs to cure and dry sufficiently.
• Prime porous, alkaline or previously coated surfaces where required.
• Confirm that the substrate is stable and suitable for coating.
For new plaster, masonry or previously painted exterior surfaces, use the appropriate UltraFlex primer and
preparation system.
APPLICATION
AquaClad may be applied by:
• Brush
• Roller
• Suitable spray equipment
Stir thoroughly before and during application.
Apply evenly and avoid excessive spreading, uneven film build or application over damp, unstable or
contaminated surfaces.
Follow the applicable Technical Data Sheet for detailed preparation, drying and recoating instructions.

The 250 ml Sample Pod allows customers to test the selected colour and finish on the intended surface
before purchasing a larger pack.
Colours may appear different depending on lighting, surrounding finishes, surface texture and the number of
coats applied.
COLOUR INFORMATION
AquaClad is available in selected UltraFlex exterior colours.
Special colours may be available subject to quantity and manufacturing requirements.
Digital colours displayed on the website are only a guide. Final colour selection should be confirmed using a
physical colour sample or an applied 250 ml Sample Pod wherever possible.
WARRANTY
AquaClad carries a 15-year paint-film warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
The warranty requires:
• Correct surface preparation
• Use of the specified primer where required
• Application of the minimum required number of coats
• Compliance with coverage and film-build requirements
• Application in accordance with the Technical Data Sheet
• Proof of purchase
• Proper maintenance of the coated surface
The warranty does not cover structural movement, active moisture sources, substrate failure, poor
preparation or application outside the product specification.
